Initial Consultation
Before your consultation our sales team will personally contact you prior to your appointment to gain an understanding of your project and answer any queries or questions you may have.
At this stage, we ask you to share photos, drawings, and inspirational images for your consultant to prepare samples, consider product ideas, and review project plans before your visit. (images from Instagram, pinterest, houzz etc.)
Following a warm welcome from your consultant, you can expect an insightful discussion about your bathroom goals and requirements, as well as a walk-through of relevant products and hand-selected samples to meet your specification.
Our 3D design service
Each design client receives a full 3D design of the proposed new bathroom, following our site survey. This is the next step after an initial meeting/discussion
Our installations manager will record exact dimensions, soil and pipe positions and access points which are then logged in the client file pertaining to your project.
We will then create a full 3D design with photorealistic snap shots featuring all the items we will be supplying: sanitaryware, brassware, furniture, tiling and lighting.
We know that you will be embarking on an iterative process and revisions are expected before the final design is commissioned.
We assign two individuals to work on every project: a qualified designer to make the best possible use of available space, propose creative solutions and interpret each customer’s design vision; and a sales consultant to manage the ordering and logistics process.
Our goal is for your experience to be tranquil and seamless throughout every step of the process.
Supply And Installation
Designed, supplied and installed by our recommended installers. Taking the heat out of the planning we provide a complete project management service. Our designers will be with you from start to finish, overseeing every aspect of your project to ensure the least disruption to your home, letting you sit back and watch your space transform.
If you are using your own installers, we will be with you every step of the way to ensure everything goes as smoothly as possible. We supply a full breakdown of materials as part of a fitters list as well as your 3D design renders
After Care
After completion, we’ll make sure to be in touch to ensure everything is to your satisfaction, if there are any snagging issues our aftersales team will ensure everything is chased up and followed through in a timely manner so you aren’t left without.
In an ideal world there wouldn’t be any snagging issues, but in the rare occasion that there are… you can rest assured knowing that our customer service is second to none.
Although we are confident all will be fine as our bathrooms are installed by highly skilled and specialised practitioners; everything we use is built to last and selected with great care.
